1. General Provisions

1.1. Rights Holder and Offer

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a public offer by Ligmar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the owner and developer of the online game "Ligmar Online" (the "Game"; Ligmar is referred to as the "Administration"), addressed to individuals with full legal capacity who use the Game (each, a "User").

The Game is available in a web browser at ligmar.io, as well as through messengers and third-party game platforms where it is published.

Contracting party. If the User pays for purchases in the Game in Russian rubles through a Russian payment service (for example, with a Russian bank card via Robokassa), the User's contracting party is the Russian individual entrepreneur Olga Mikhailovna Fich (INN 270608390509, OGRNIP 325270000009198), and the Russian-language User Agreement published at https://ligmar.io/ru/terms and the law of the Russian Federation apply, regardless of the Game's interface language. In all other cases, the User's contracting party is Ligmar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and this Agreement applies.

The User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement by starting to use the Game: visiting the website ligmar.io or launching the Game on a third-party platform, registering or signing in, playing as a guest, or otherwise actually taking part in the gameplay. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must refrain from using the Game.

1.2. Age Restrictions

Ligmar Online is intended for users aged 16 and older (rating 16+). By starting to use the Game, the User confirms that they are at least 16 years old. If the User is under 18, they also confirm that they have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to take part in the Game and to accept the terms of this Agreement. The Administration does not knowingly collect data from persons under 16, and use of the Game by persons under 16 is not permitted. If the Administration learns that an Account belongs to a person under 16, it may delete that Account.

1.3. Subject of the Agreement

The Administration grants the User the right to use the basic features of the Game free of charge during their leisure time for personal, non-commercial purposes, as well as to purchase additional in-game features for a fee (in particular, the in-game currency "gold"). This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration and the User regarding the use of the Game, account creation, the acquisition and use of in-game assets, and establishes the rules of conduct in the Game.

1.4. Supplementary Documents

The processing of Users' personal data is described in the Privacy Notice published at https://ligmar.io/privacy (the "Privacy Notice"); Section 7 of this Agreement contains a short summary. Other game rules, if published on the official game website (e.g., a code of conduct, FAQ, or guides), are an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and supplementary documents (other than the Privacy Notice as regards personal data), this Agreement shall prevail.

1.5. Amendment of Terms

The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication at https://ligmar.io/terms, unless the new version itself or the law provides otherwise. The Administration will, where possible, notify Users of changes (e.g., via an announcement on the website, in the Game and/or in the Game's news channel). Continued use of the Game after the changes take effect is considered the User's acceptance of the new version. If the User does not accept the new terms, they must stop using the Game.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. User Account

To save game progress, the Game creates a user account (the "Account"). An Account is created in one of the following ways:

  • guest play — the Account is created automatically without a link to any external service and is identified by a technical key stored on the User's device. A guest Account may be lost if browser data is cleared or the device is changed. A guest Account that has not been used for 30 days is deleted automatically;
  • sign-in with an external service — Telegram, Google, X, or Discord (the available services may depend on the selected interface language and may change over time);
  • sign-in through the game platform or messenger where the Game is launched (e.g., a Telegram Mini App or a third-party game portal) — in this case the Account is linked to the User's account on that platform.

The User may link several external services to one Account in the Game's "Settings" section in order to sign in from different devices and platforms while keeping their progress. A service can be unlinked only if at least one other service remains linked to the Account; unlinking takes effect 7 days after the request and can be cancelled until then.

All actions performed in the Game through an Account (including through any external service linked to it) are considered to have been performed by the respective User.

2.2. Accuracy of Information

During registration/sign-in, the User may be asked to provide certain information (e.g., an in-game nickname). The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep it current. It is prohibited to impersonate another person or to use deliberately offensive or inappropriate designations in account data (nickname, avatar, etc.); the Administration may require changes to such information or change/remove it itself.

2.3. Account Identity

Each User may create and use up to three Accounts. Transfer of the Account to other persons, sale or exchange of the Account is prohibited (see Section 4 on prohibited actions). The User must keep access to the external service and platform accounts linked to their Account, and to their device, confidential (e.g., not hand over a phone with a signed-in messenger to others) and immediately notify the Administration if they suspect unauthorized use of their Account by third parties. The Administration is not liable for the consequences of third-party access to the User's Account resulting from weak protection or compromise of the User's external service account, platform account, or device.

2.4. Account Deletion

The User may at any time stop using the Game and delete their Account:

  • in the Game — in "Settings" → "Delete Account". Before deletion, the User must finish any active activities on the Account (e.g., a battle or a contract in progress, leave their guild, withdraw auction lots and bids, close trading post orders and contracts); the Game shows what is required;
  • by request to support — at support@ligmar.io or via the Telegram support account @LigmarSupport. The Administration may ask the User to confirm that the request comes from the Account owner.

If the Account has no character of level 10 or higher, it is deleted immediately after confirmation. If it has such a character, it is deleted 30 days after the request, and the User can cancel the deletion in the Game during that period. In both cases, the data is finally erased from our databases within 30 days after the deletion. Access to the Game via this Account is closed, and the associated game data is deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Notice. Account deletion is irreversible: game progress and acquired in-game assets cannot be restored, and unspent in-game currencies are forfeited without compensation.

3. In-Game Currency and Payment

3.1. "Gold" — Virtual Currency

The Game uses conditional units — the virtual currency "gold" — for purchasing special in-game features, bonuses, or content. Gold is not legal tender or electronic money; it is a conditional in-game unit with no independent value outside the Game. By purchasing gold, the User receives a contractual right to exchange these units for bonuses provided by the game mechanics (e.g., in-game items, upgrades, etc.) within the Game.

3.2. Purchasing Gold and Other In-Game Assets

The User may purchase a specific amount of gold and other in-game assets on a paid basis. The payment method depends on where the Game is launched:

  • in messengers (e.g., Telegram) — through the messenger's own payment system (e.g., Telegram Stars), under that messenger's terms;
  • on the website ligmar.io — payments in currencies other than Russian rubles are processed through Xsolla, a third-party payment provider integrated with the Game. The payment button in the Game redirects the User to Xsolla's secure payment form, where they can select a payment method and confirm the payment. Payments in Russian rubles through a Russian payment service are made under the Russian-language User Agreement (see Section 1.1);
  • on third-party game platforms — through the platform's own payment system, under that platform's terms.

All transactions are carried out in accordance with the rules of the relevant payment provider or platform and applicable law. Upon successful payment, the purchased gold or assets are automatically credited to the User's in-game account. Bank card details are processed by the payment provider or platform and are not shared with the Administration.

3.3. Receipts and Documents

A receipt or payment confirmation is issued for each payment by the relevant payment provider or platform in accordance with its rules and applicable law. Where the payment provider acts as a reseller or merchant of record, its terms of sale also apply to the purchase. Acceptance of the offer to purchase virtual currency is confirmed by successful payment: the Administration's obligation to provide gold is fulfilled when the paid amount of gold is credited to the in-game account, and the User's payment obligation is fulfilled upon successful payment.

3.4. No Exchange or Cash-Out Rights

Purchased gold is linked to the User's Account. Exchange of gold between users, sale of gold for real money, gifting, or transfer of gold outside of the methods provided by the Game is not permitted. Gold cannot be converted back into real money: it can only be spent within the Game on in-game purchases. The gold balance in the Account does not constitute a claim against the Administration for monetary payment and cannot be cashed out.

3.5. Refund Policy

Funds paid by the User for the purchase of gold and other in-game assets are non-refundable. Since the provision of virtual content begins immediately after payment (gold is credited instantly and the User can use it), the service is considered fully rendered from the moment of crediting. Refunds for services already rendered are not provided, except in cases expressly provided for by applicable law or this Agreement:

  • If the User does not receive the paid amount of gold for technical reasons (e.g., a payment system or game server failure), they should contact support and provide proof of payment. In such cases, the Administration undertakes to either manually credit the missing currency or refund the amount paid; the choice of remedy is at the Administration's discretion, based on the User's interests and the feasibility of resolution.
  • In the event of an erroneous charge exceeding the required amount or any other obvious payment error caused by a software glitch, the Administration will investigate and, upon confirmation of the error, refund the excess amount to the payment instrument used for the payment, or by another agreed method.
  • Refunds may also be made where required by law (e.g., by court order or within a statutory cooling-off period, if one applies to the nature of the purchased virtual service). In all other cases, acquired virtual currency is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For payments made through messengers or third-party platforms, refunds may also be subject to the rules of the relevant platform. Where the payment provider acts as a reseller or merchant of record, its refund rules also apply.

3.6. Fraudulent Payments

By paying for any services in the Game, the User confirms the lawful origin of their funds and their right to use the payment instrument. Prohibited payment-related activities include, but are not limited to: paying with someone else's bank card without the cardholder's permission, using knowingly invalid payment data, and attempting fraudulent transaction disputes (chargebacks) after the service has been received. Such actions are considered fraud and a serious breach of the Agreement. The Administration reserves the right to block the offender's Account and report the fraudulent payment to the payment system or law enforcement agencies for investigation. If an Account is blocked for fraud, its virtual currency and progress are voided without compensation, and further access to the Game is denied.

3.7. In-Game Currency Pricing

Current prices of in-game currency and other paid offers are shown in the Game interface before payment. Prices may vary depending on the platform, region, and payment method. The Administration may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already paid for.

3.8. Refunds Through Third-Party Platforms (Chargebacks)

If the User pays for in-game currency or game services through third-party platforms or payment services (including, but not limited to: Telegram, game platforms, card issuers, payment aggregators) and then initiates a refund (chargeback, buyer-initiated refund), the Administration considers this a unilateral breach of obligations and a violation of the terms of this Agreement if the in-game currency has already been credited or used.

Upon confirmation of a refund, the Administration reserves the right to:

  • void or reclaim the received virtual currency and all in-game items purchased with it;
  • restrict Account functionality until the damage is fully compensated;
  • block the Account without the right to restoration in cases of intentional or repeated refunds.

The User agrees that obtaining a refund while retaining access to the Game and its resources constitutes unjust enrichment and may be classified as fraud, with subsequent reporting to payment systems and/or competent authorities.

4. Rules of Conduct and Prohibited Actions

When using the Game, the User must comply with the terms of this Agreement, as well as generally accepted rules of communication and legal requirements. Strictly prohibited:

  • Use of cheats and bots. Using third-party software or hardware to automate gameplay (bots) or gain an unfair advantage. This includes any scripts, auto-clickers, game acceleration programs, client-side game modifications not authorized by the Administration, and other means of interfering with the Game's internal logic. Bot farms and automatically created Accounts are also prohibited, as is using additional Accounts to unfairly boost a main Account. Exploiting bugs or errors in the Game for personal gain and disclosing such vulnerabilities to others before they are fixed is also prohibited. The User undertakes to promptly report any discovered errors or vulnerabilities to the Administration.
  • Unacceptable behavior and content. Insulting other participants, using profanity, distributing in the Game or related communities/chats any materials of an extremist, pornographic, or offensive nature. Threats, harassment, incitement of hatred on any grounds, promotion of drugs, suicide, gambling, and other actions violating moral standards and the rights of others are prohibited. It is also unacceptable to impersonate a representative of the Administration or a moderator, or to mislead other players regarding one's authority.
  • Fraud and deception. Attempting to deceive the Administration or other players. This includes any schemes to obtain access to other users' Accounts or assets (phishing, social engineering), attempts to gain illegitimate advantages through deception, exploitation of payment vulnerabilities (see Section 3.6), as well as any actions classified by law as fraud or other offenses.
  • Sale of accounts and items. Trading game Accounts, characters, the in-game currency "gold", or other in-game items/assets for real money or assets outside the Game. Any buy-sell transactions involving game Accounts or resources outside of established game mechanics are prohibited. Transferring an Account to another person on a temporary or permanent basis (for payment or free of charge) under the guise of leveling services, exchange, etc., is also prohibited — the Account is linked to a specific User and is non-transferable (see Section 2.3).
  • Unauthorized commercial activity. Using the Game or its resources for commercial purposes without written permission from the Administration. In particular, it is prohibited to: place advertising materials or links to third-party commercial products/services in the Game; conduct financial settlements through the Game or award monetary prizes; organize commercial tournaments, lotteries, sweepstakes, etc., based on the Game (except in cases explicitly approved by the Administration).
  • Other violations of law. Using the Game to perform any actions contrary to applicable law or international legal norms. In particular, distribution of malicious software, promotion of piracy, infringement of third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., posting copyrighted material in the chat without the rights holder's permission), and collection of other users' personal data without their consent are prohibited.

4.1. Sanctions for Violations

If a User violates any of the listed rules, the Administration reserves the right to impose sanctions at its discretion. Sanctions include, but are not limited to: a private or public warning; temporary restriction of Account capabilities (e.g., chat ban, restricted access to certain modes); a temporary Account block (ban) for a specified period; a permanent Account block, i.e., irrevocable denial of access to the Game for that User. The type and severity of the sanction are determined by the Administration, taking into account the nature of the violation, its consequences, and the User's prior conduct. In severe cases (fraud, use of cheats, repeat violations), the Administration typically resorts to long-term or permanent blocks.

4.2. Voiding of In-Game Assets

If a violation involves the User obtaining in-game advantages or assets through dishonest means (e.g., using a bot for resource farming, exploits, fraudulent payments), the Administration reserves the right to remove the assets so obtained from the Account or reset the progress gained through dishonest means. If an Account is blocked, all in-game assets accumulated by the User (gold, items, ratings, etc.) may be reset or deleted without compensation. The User understands and agrees that upon the imposition of sanctions for a violation, they lose access to their Account and associated in-game benefits and have no right to demand a refund of spent funds or other compensation.

4.3. Appealing Sanctions

If the User believes that sanctions were imposed without justification or that an error occurred (e.g., the Account was blocked by mistake), they may contact the Administration's support service with an explanation of the situation. The Administration will review the appeal within a reasonable time and decide either to lift/mitigate the sanction or to confirm it. The Administration's decision on the appeal is final. The absence of a response does not imply agreement with the User's position. During the review period, the Account block is typically not suspended.

5. License to Use the Game and Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. Rights to the Game

The online game Ligmar Online (including all its components: software code, server side, database, game design, text and graphic content, music, name, logo, and other elements) is an object of intellectual property. Exclusive rights to the Game and all its elements belong to the Administration (the rights holder) or are used by it on lawful grounds. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Game or its parts to the User, but grants a limited right of use under a license.

5.2. User License

From the moment of accepting the Agreement, the Administration grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and participate in the Game via the Internet (through a browser, messengers, or game platforms) under the terms of this Agreement. This license is intended exclusively for the User's personal, non-commercial entertainment. The User may use the Game only within the limits intended by the developer: create a character, play according to the rules, purchase in-game goods for gold, etc. Any use of the Game outside the scope of the Agreement, or contrary to it, will be considered an infringement of the rights holder's rights.

5.3. Prohibition on Modification and Decompilation

The User may not, independently or through third parties, reverse-engineer the Game's technologies, attempt to obtain the source code of the server or client side, or make changes to the Game's program code or databases. Attempts to circumvent technical restrictions built into the Game or to gain unauthorized access to restricted features are strictly prohibited. Creation of derivative products based on Ligmar Online without the rights holder's permission is also not permitted.

5.4. Copyright and Content

All objects present in the Game (graphic images, models, texts, scripts, characters, musical works, etc.) are protected by copyright and/or related rights. Copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, or other use of game content outside the Game itself without the written permission of the Administration is prohibited. In particular, the User may not extract graphic elements, sounds, or other game resources and publish them on third-party platforms or use them in their own projects, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or applicable law (e.g., quotation to the extent justified by the purpose). The User warrants that any creative work based on the Game (fan art, fan fiction, etc.) is done without infringing the Administration's rights and with attribution to the Game's rights holder.

5.5. Permission for Streams and Videos

The Administration supports Users creating content related to Ligmar Online. Under this Agreement, the User may record and stream gameplay, create reviews, tutorials, let's plays, and other video/audio materials demonstrating gameplay, provided that such materials are distributed free of charge. Monetization of user-generated game content through standard platform mechanisms (e.g., a video platform's partner program, donations during a stream) is permitted and is not considered commercial use of game content. However, the User may not sell access to game materials themselves or otherwise commercially distribute game assets separately from the Game. It is also prohibited to distort game content or use it in a context that damages the reputation of the Game or the Administration. At the Administration's request, the User must add to the description of their video/stream a statement that the rights to the Game belong to the rights holder of Ligmar Online. The Administration reserves the right to revoke this permission (for future use) for a specific User or case if it deems that their actions violate the rights or interests of the rights holder.

5.6. Trademarks

The game name "Ligmar Online", logos, and other branded designations used in the Game are commercial designations and/or trademarks of the Administration (or are used on lawful grounds). The User may not use names, logos, or brands belonging to the Administration in any manner other than within the normal use of the Game. Any attempt to use designations confusingly similar to the rights holder's trademarks for similar goods or services outside the Game will be considered an infringement of exclusive rights.

5.7. User-Generated Content

While using the Game, the User may create their own content within the Game — for example, chat messages, names for characters or guilds, and other forms of interaction. By creating and posting any content in the Game, the User grants the Administration a non-exclusive license to use such content free of charge, worldwide, for the entire duration of the exclusive right, with the right to sublicense to third parties for the purposes of ensuring the Game's operation. This is necessary so that the Administration can, for example, display user messages to other recipients, stream gameplay with chat comments, make backup copies of data, etc. The Administration does not claim authorship of user-generated content. The User warrants that the content they post does not infringe the rights of third parties. The Administration reserves the right at any time to delete or edit user materials if they conflict with this Agreement or applicable law (see also Section 4.1 on sanctions).

6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

6.1. Quality of Service

The Administration provides access to the Game on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This means that no guarantee is given of the absence of errors in the Game, uninterrupted or round-the-clock availability of the service, or the Game's conformity to the User's specific expectations or purposes. The User understands that the Game may be improved and changed over time, and that technical failures or scheduled maintenance may occasionally occur. The Administration strives to keep the Game operational; however, it does not guarantee that the Game will function without errors or interruptions, or that specific gameplay elements (content) will be available permanently or at all (for example, some in-game events may be temporary).

6.2. Disclaimer of Express or Implied Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administration disclaims any warranties not expressly stated in the Agreement. No promise is made, for example, that the Game is compatible with all devices or browsers, that it will not contain content undesirable to the User, or that success in the Game will bring the User any real-world benefit. The Game is provided as an online entertainment service "as available at the time of access". The User uses it at their own risk.

6.3. Limitation of Liability for Damages

The Administration shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages to the User arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Game. In particular, the Administration does not compensate the User for lost profits, loss of expected earnings, loss of data or game progress, or harm to honor, dignity, or business reputation caused by any interaction with the Game. The Administration is not liable for failures and errors that occurred through no fault of its own (e.g., internet connection issues on the User's side, User equipment failure, malfunction of a browser or a third-party platform). In any event, the Administration's liability is limited to an amount not exceeding the funds actually received from the given User during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. If the User has made no payments during that period, the obligation to compensate losses, where the Administration is at fault, is limited to $0. This limitation of liability applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6.4. Liability for Account and Conduct

The Administration is not liable for the User's actions in the Game. The User is solely responsible for their interactions with other players and third parties. The Administration is not obliged to intervene in disputes between users but may take action if a violation of the Agreement is identified (see Section 4). The Administration is also not liable for content that players post in chat or otherwise make available in the Game; however, it responds to complaints and removes unlawful or prohibited content.

6.5. Force Majeure

The Administration is released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations under this Agreement if such non-performance is caused by force majeure, i.e., extraordinary events that could not be prevented under the given conditions. Such events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, mass power or internet outages, cyberattacks on infrastructure, wars, mass unrest, government prohibitions, adoption of regulations that significantly complicate the performance of obligations, and other emergencies. During the period of force majeure, the parties' obligations are suspended.

6.6. Links and Third-Party Services

The game website or the Game itself may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., communities, a wiki, social media groups) and use third-party services: sign-in services (Telegram, Google, X, Discord, etc.), messengers and game platforms where the Game is published, payment providers, and advertising shown through game platforms. By following such links or using third-party services, the User leaves the space controlled by the Administration. The Administration is not liable for the activities and content of third-party sites/services. The User must comply with the terms of use of those services separately. In particular, by signing in with an external service or launching the Game on a third-party platform, the User also accepts the terms of use of that service; the Administration is not liable for the operation or privacy policy of such services and uses them only as a means of signing in, payment, or distribution of the Game.

6.7. Player Compensation

The Administration makes efforts to ensure a comfortable gaming experience. Where a significant number of Users have experienced inconvenience due to the Administration's fault (e.g., prolonged unscheduled server downtime rendering the Game unavailable), the Administration may, at its discretion, provide affected Users with compensation in the form of in-game assets (bonus "gold", VIP status, in-game items, etc.). Such compensation is a voluntary measure, not an obligation, and is provided without acknowledgment of any legal liability. The form, amount, and recipients of compensation are decided solely by the Administration based on the incident data. The User has no right to demand compensation from the Administration beyond what is provided for in this Section or by law.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

7.1. Privacy Notice

The Administration processes Users' personal data as described in the Privacy Notice published at https://ligmar.io/privacy. The Privacy Notice is the primary document on personal data; this Section is a short summary. In the event of any discrepancy, the Privacy Notice prevails.

7.2. What Data Is Processed (Summary)

The Administration processes the data needed to run the Game: the Account identifier; the identification data that the sign-in or payment platform provides for authorization (for example, the User's ID on that platform and the profile data the platform shares); nickname and game data; in-game chat messages; purchase records; technical data (IP address, device and browser information); and data on the advertising source that brought the User to the Game.

7.3. Purposes of Processing (Summary)

The data is used to create the Account and sign the User in, save progress across platforms, process payments and deliver purchases, provide support, send service notifications, ensure security and prevent fraud and cheating, moderate the Game, analyze how the Game is used, and comply with legal obligations. The full list of purposes, legal bases, and retention periods is set out in the Privacy Notice.

7.4. Retention Period

Data is kept for as long as the Account exists. After the Account is deleted (see Section 2.4), the data is finally erased from our databases within 30 days; analytics records are anonymized, purchase records are kept for 5 years, and the guild chat keeps a short recent message history that is cleared over time. See the Privacy Notice for details.

7.5. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, the User may request information about the processing of their personal data, request its correction or deletion, withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent), and delete their Account themselves (see Section 2.4). Requests should be sent to support@ligmar.io. The procedure is described in the Privacy Notice.

7.6. Contacting the User

The Administration may contact the User through the Game's bots in messengers linked to the Account and through browser push notifications (if the User has allowed them) — for example, to send service notifications about in-game events and important changes, and to respond to support requests. The Administration does not share User contacts with advertisers. The User can turn notifications off in the messenger or browser settings.

7.7. Confidentiality of Communications

The User's communications with support, as well as any correspondence with the Administration, are treated as confidential unless the User explicitly states otherwise. The Administration will not disclose the content of such communications to third parties, except as required by law. For their part, the User must not publish private correspondence with representatives of the Administration without their consent.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Issues not covered by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the same law. This does not deprive the User of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement. The User also undertakes to comply with the laws of their country of residence as regards the use of online services.

8.2. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes and disagreements related to the performance of this Agreement through negotiation. The User may submit a claim to the Administration in writing to the email address specified in Section 8.5. The Administration will review the claim within 30 calendar days and, if justified, satisfy it or provide a reasoned refusal. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

8.3. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful or invalid by an effective court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Such a provision shall be deemed replaced by a lawful provision closest to it in meaning, or the Agreement shall be amended accordingly. The Administration's failure to exercise any right or claim under the Agreement in one instance does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.

8.4. Term of the Agreement

This Agreement is effective indefinitely from the moment of acceptance (start of use of the Game) until the User stops using the Game or until the Agreement is replaced by a new version. The User may at any time unilaterally terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Game and deleting their Account (see Section 2.4). The Administration may at any time terminate the Agreement with respect to a specific User in the event of a breach of its terms (see Section 4) or stop providing the Game to all Users (e.g., shut down the project). In the latter case, the Administration shall notify Users at least 30 days in advance through the website and in-game news about the planned closure. The User understands that if the Game is discontinued at the Administration's initiative, their game data and assets may be deleted without compensation, unless otherwise separately announced.
